An Atmospheric Extractor is a building that produces 
Oxygen and 
Carbon at a rate of 12 each annually. It takes no inputs and can be placed anywhere on the map, but 
Depots must be nearby to collect the produced resources. The Atmospheric Extractor will continue to produce even if one of its outputs is full, producing only the resource that is not full.
Player can create Atmospheric Extractor via 
Assembly Plant upon reaching Level 4.
